    Just remember FS9 and FSX are 32 bit applications and can only address a maximum of 4GB of RAM. Your 32GB of memory won't help them, but will be of use for any 64 bit aps you may have.

    You might reclaim some memory by using a free program like Game Booster. It shuts down programs that are unnecessary when running FS9 and can restore them when you are finished flying. I generally reclaim between 150 - 450 MB. Use version 1.6 the newer versions are just visual puffery and add nothing else.
