hello, i have the same problem! The release of update 15 was clearly announced for March 26! Each time i open my sim i get the disappearing. page with goes away do fast that i cannot press the PAUSE BUTTON! I have never had a problem downloading updates. however, the latest MARCH 26 UPDATE APPEARS AND THEN VANISHES QUICKLY EACH TIME I BOOT UP THE SIM!!! i HAVE EMPTIED MY COMMUNITY FOLDER AND STILL THE SAME. Has anyone else had this issue? Please help teebirdie2@aol.com

help. i just like hoping the plane, any plane and selecting co-pilot and talking off on a flight plan and enjoying the scenery and performance of the aircraft! All of a sudden my planes start pulling to the right and skipping through the infield and of course aborting takeoff! I have no idea as to why! can anyone help me avoid a Hugh download and reinstall? i have Thrustmeter office captain TCA HOTAS . I did do some minor changes to my controller assignments! since the planes are pulling to the left, could this be a controller issue? again i need help! Hello, Now that i have installed update 11, the 40 anniversary edition i am experiencing strange issues with the game. 1) load a flight plan and plane will come up in the dark when its clear daytime: 2) games loads in "safe mode"; AND 3) MARKET PLACE IS COMLETETLY BLOCKED OUT! Has there been a patch that i may have missed since the update came out. or is there something wrong in the server from Microsoft?

Hello, when creating and loading a flight plan in my sim it goes immediately to "final"! this repeats itself with loading and trying another flight plan as well! i do not tinker with "flight to" selection as all. this happens with a simple setting of a departing airport and am arriving airport and pression fly. when i click on FLY is opens with plane on final to arriving airport! i would appreciate any suggestions and of help with this! , CLX gaming desktop, liquid I9 10850 core, win 10 64 bit,32 GB DDR4 mem, GeForce 3080 ti 12 GB GDDR6X graphics, 2TB SSD Tee

Noticing in CONTENT MANAGER that i did not have the "ITALY upgrade" installed or marked owned, i hastily reinstalled it from the store! While flying from Rome to Venice i got all kinds of error messages and even was forced to go into safe mode! My question : Can i go into CONTENT MANAGER and delete or uninstall the ITALY upgrade to fix the problem; or do i need to do a complete, (ouch) reinstall? ok all the replies makes sense to me! I will pay more attention to the sim's start-up. I was not aware that I was "double clicking". there is a pause in the start=up which makes this entirely possible to do. thanks so much for the information and tip. now about the controller issues I really must press on as the enjoyment of the sim is spoiled with crashes.

Hello, when loading the sim i always see a little square notice saying that " ANOTHER COPY OF THE SIM IS ALREADY RUNNING"? i can click on OK or X to close it out. The sim still continues to load! After many updates, uninstall and reinstalls , even moving to a new computer (albeit on the same network as the old PC) it is still there. after a fortune in 4, count em, four $$$$ different sets of controls that never seem to work i still cannot get it solved. despite numerous back and forth emails to the various companies of my controllers seem to not get in touch with he aircrafts. Anyway, i was WONDERING if this notice had anything to do with my inability to get the controllers running or operating smoothly. and oh yes, i see in my windows 10 that the controllers are working according to thrustmaster in this case. Help. My Marketplace option suddenly is grayed out. i cannot not access it through the sim. i wanted to know if anyone else has had this issue. If so what caused it and how to fix? I am sure Microsoft wants this fixed. side note : i called Microsoft and was finally able to get someone on the phone! I was told to reinstall the game. yes, that one long and painstaking option.

How about buying a new PC ... $3400.00 plus. all ready and, bang cannot even get the update at all. Hate to be negative but this is a real blow to me! I tried al the appreciated tips but when i click on ok it closes the sim to the store which has no clue that i even own the sim!

Please help me. as u seem to have the same issue: I am having problems with MSFS loading slow and when finally getting the “welcome screen”, I can make a flight but when I PRESS FLY it takes forever and then just sits. The only way out or off is to press CTRL, ALT DEL AND USE TALK MANAGER! This happens after TWO new downloads and reinstalls from the store. After upgrade V! I have downloaded and installed the HOTFIXES! There are no 3rd party programs running! Community folder is EMPTY! Before I had my appdata loaded to a different directory i.e. C:\MSFS2020> thinking that was the problem I reinstalled it straight from the store. Still had the same problem. I had it loaded with the separate directory before with no problems! Note: before I had little square pop up saying that “another copy of the sim was running”!. When I purchased the sim last Oct I somehow got two copies paid for…due to the pandemic I have yet been able to resolve this with Microsoft! I am now wondering is this is impacting my issues. Also, in task manager it show 2 running. The store is impossible for me to gain contact! I have since purchased a $3400.00 PC in hopes of solving this issue I want to be sure that downloading from the store is not the culprit before I load the sim!

After some 7 hours of reinstalling the sim I am having the same problem that i had before. never mind all the hoopla about fast frame rates, I can not even get the sim to load a flight! A clean reinstall left me with a very slow loading time and when finally completing a flight plan and hitting FLY, NOTHING HAPPENS. waiting up to an hour and can only use the "ctrl-alt- del" salute to close it down. I read about the update and installed the recommended hotfix! The only thing I did differently in the reinstall is to place the "contents" in a special folder C:/msfs2020 which I had working fine before update V! Help and support on this only leaves one more frustrated as the digital replies just do not work in resolutions. Help, from Microsoft is virtual or non existent! It's predetermined questions and replies just seems to be kick in the face as the frustrations grows with each dollar invested in this sim! It is my hope that this issue is a more simply one than I can see. Three days of tinkering has left me with nothing! As I try to remain optimistic, my patients is growing shorter and shorter. it is my hope that someone can help me here. I did an uninstall and reinstall with MSFS2020 in preparation for the July 27, update! I loaded the update V "new install" from the STORE to C:/Costum folder/MSFS2020! 6 hours plus later, I open the sim, which was very slow to the welcome screen and proceeded to set a flight plan. sim will not load. crash boom all gone! note the yellow FLY tag is not even lit up. further investigation I find that I cannot even load any or the activities , discoveries, etc from the welcome menu! I spent a long time online with Microsoft tech in chat trying to resolved this issue, including the XBOX team which just confused me further! Before I had a problem of not being able to load the CRJ plane. Now I cannot load the entire sim! The reinstall process is a painful one! Some 225GIB took a long time. I obviously dread doing that again. It is extremely frustrating to see so many are getting high performances and enjoying the game, while I cannot even load a flight! help? Hello, aside from not being able to enjoy the Aerosofts CRJ 700 planes, I still cannot get the controls to respond to any of my planes. especially the throttle. I checked with Thrustmaster and got instructions regarding checking to see if it was working fine with the control panel. Since, the Nordic update i have had this issue. I deleted, redownloaded and reinstalled the CRJ and still MSFS shuts down. my big issue here is that i have no throttle control. It was! In the 320s for example is says that the idle range is conflicting with reverse thrust settings. after many tried it says the same thing. if this sounds confusing it is because i am. ... i am seeking help to avoid a complete reinstall. question... ? if i delete all 320s and put back new ones will that resolve the issue? each time i try to calibrate the throttle it stays the same. or, should i create all new profiles in the controls? (Thrustmaster TCA airbus quadrant with add-on) teebirdie2

HOWEVER, I again downloaded and installed the plane from the store and the same thing happened! Now it shows uninstalled in my contents. As you know this is a good plane and is expensive!. With the exception of difficulty matching with my Thrustmaster TCA quadrant throttle its a great add on! Now will i continue to down load and reinstall it or what?

My msfs 2020 suddenly will not boot into the "welcome" screen for use. i installed from the store the latest update and then UPDATED Aerosoft's CRJ 550/700 to v1.0.3.0! the sim will initiate and then load through setting the welcome scene and then poof off! the intervention of the update and subsequent crj update was the last action that i took Please help in anyone has had this problem? Hello, i am having real and prolonged trouble getting my controllers to work. planes bounce off runway or building and tree on landings. i can only get some semblance of landings with AI co-pilot in control. I purchased Logitech 56 pro HOSTAS and had to send it back. I even tried editing the config files to change the values etc. still no good. My frustrations grows as i have yes to get control of any planes! Needless to says many sceneries and airports i have yet to experience. it seems like my controls are not connected to the planes or SIM? I am looking at the TCA system to see if that will work. I am reluctant to do so as the cost is so high! I used my Saitek 52 Pro stick and throttle fine with FSX but absolutely no success with MSFS2020. i need help to say the least.

I have the same problem, so frustrating as the sim is rendered useless. i keep waiting too the sim loads fine but i can on set plane on a departing runway. locks into CO PILOT mode and after a while spools up and just takes off . i have tried many things but still the sim is locked into co pilot mode. ignores and command you try to give it the controls do not seem to connect to the plane. i have seen other threads and i keep waiting for a patch

help i still cannot get my controls to work inside the sim. only show the stick and throttle. key board and mouse are not visible! I do have use of the mouse in game. The game i s stuck in co-pilot mode and hence there are no functions of the stick or throttle, all came about since the last PATCH 2 UPGRADE!
