Once libraries are installed, you can forget about about them until they need to be updated.
An advantage to the library method, is that sceneries are a lot smaller to download.

Place the 'THE-FAIB Aircraft Library' contained in the download into your X-Plane Custom Scenery directory.
It will then be used (like any other X-Plane library), by sceneries which reference it.
Nice and easy :-)
