    It seems KPHG; Phillipsburg, KS is missing. This is a significant airport in North Kansas??

    What is your internet connection speed? What storage device are you using? In the developers mode, you can see where your bottleneck is.

    The install is a bit tricky in Windows 10. First install FSX. Run the program, activate, and then fly a few minutes. THEN install Acceleration. If you install Acceleration too soon, the FSX install won't activate.

    Two things to note. If you are having trouble on take off with the aircraft lurching over as soon as the wheels are off, there could be two issues. One, is don't prematurely rotate, as you can now stall a wing if you lift off too soon. More likely, the joystick calibration may be faulty. Attempts to properly calibrate may be unsuccessful. To remedy this, unplug the joystick from the USB port for a few seconds before you attempt to calibrate.

    I think a lot of the issues are related to the devices being used. Folks that have a yolk and rudder pedals and a large screen, find it much easier to use than folks with a joystick, a mouse, and a 21 inch monitor. Without the old pause function of FSX, it is hard to read instruments and make settings on a small screen. Even with joystck calibration, many aircraft are very difficult to control with just a joystick (Bonanza).

    I have it limited to 30 fps, but at everything maxed, it doesn't even speed up the fans over idle. I keep it because there are a few old airplanes I like to fly, C182RG in particular. I am mainly a FDE guy, I really like the Baron set up as the 520 turbocharged version. I have a FSX 58TC as well. I have not figured out how to edit the FS2020 baron yet? Thanks guys!

    Is your Windows 10 up to date? The GT730 may not be enough to run the program at all. the suggested minimum is a GTX770 although i have heard folks running it on a GTX 760. What is your ram speed? The program wants fast ram. Also, the processor cache on a Core I7 pro may be too small to run the program?

    I think this may be a problem with your flight plan. If the flight plan has a discontinuity, the flight will revert back to a good waypoint. If you selected a departure, and that creates a discontinuity in your flight plan, this will happen.

    Nice shots and good story. KGGG is about 25 miles from where I live. We retired down here from KOMA about 5 years ago. I miss the snow, but I don't miss the wind.

    Most don't want to sign in, but are there and listening. It isn't very helpful to just watch someone clicking settings from a distance without voice instruction, and with sufficient deliberate speed to follow. You should repeat this with helpful audio. This will also serve to slow you down a bit so the listener can follow.

    I am hoping somebody does a 737-400 and 737-500 (large and small version of the same technology). Although most will want the 400, I would really use the 500, as I mostly use the small regional airports. Both would provide more traditional flight controls.

    I had to take my wife to a doctor's appointment, when i got back, the supervisor never called, but now all the planes and airports have reappeared??

    Yes, it all disappeared, even though they show the account charged the $130 amount (I bought it through Microsoft), they say my upgrade expired? They now want me to repurchase the upgrade, and create a later refund. I did not accept that solution, and requested the case be upgraded to a supervisor.

    My MSFS (2020) updated overnight. I bought and had the Premium Deluxe Edition working fine before the update. After the update, I got downgraded to the Standard Edition, all 10 aircraft disappeared?? Anyone else have this happen?

    I am running it easily. I get 59fps (monitor is 59 refresh rate) in the areas I fly most (middle of the country outside big cities). I have the settings between high and ultra (I don't care about pretty clouds but I want great planes and land textures). I have turned on 30fps limit but it really is easier to run than X-Plane 11.4. I don't get much in the way of stutters, but i am lucky to have a fast internet connection which helps. The fast M.2 really helps and I have plenty of ram. The RTX-2070 is an 8gb card.

    FS20020 has great scenery and amazing detail, but if you want to fly a lot of common aircraft, FSX still has the selection and flight characteristics most expect. It will be at least a year before you see a lot of available aircraft that fly correctly in FS2020.
