    I have not flown the King Air. I exclusively use the Baron. The only time I have a problem starting it is when I forget to turn the fuel valves on the floor on or push the mixture handle full forward. I'm sure this isn't your problem, though. Maybe some more information on what may have changed (addons, an update, etc) might help shed some light on your problem.

    Happened to me several times in FS2004 when i used it a few years back. A perfect flight ended in disaster as ATC had me decrease altitude while steering me into a mountainside just before the airport. Very frustrating. It was happening so often I just ignored ATC on approach. Then when I ignored the ATC on approach I would get the dreaded OOM disaster causing a CTD.

    I usually fly the Baron G58 almost exclusively. The arrows in the picture shows 3 levers I want to assign to joystick buttons. I figured out number 3 but cannot figure out the assignments for numbers 1 and 2. I would be very grateful if someone could help me with that please?

    Thanks Tim. That is what I have been doing all along. Even tried it in windowed and full screen modes. Full screen mode will make the "Landing Gear Up" show up a little bit but not all the way. Windowed mode makes "Landing Gear Up" not show up at all.

    Thanks for the reply, Steve. It just bugs me that I can't scroll all the way down. I'm just wondering if there is anything below "Gear Down" that we are unable to see?

    Anybody know the secret to see all the landing gear assignments? The slider on the right (arrow pointing) is all the way down. As you can see, there are more options to see as there is the top of a blue line (the other 2 arrows on the left). But this is as far down as I can scroll. Any help would be much appreciated.

    Hi Steve, I have been trying to bind an old throttle lever to the parking brakes but have not had any success. How did you do it? I also would like to bind 3 pull levers for heater controls/anti ice controls on the left lower panel of the Baron 58 to throttle levers but have had no success either. Can you help me with that also? I would very much appreciate it. Regards Kevin

    I want to thank you again for all your hard work. I tried your suggestion this morning and it works. Fortunately I didn't crash and made the runway. Anyway, thanks again for sticking with it and teaching me a thing or two. I very much appreciate it.

    Thank you for the reply. I watched your video. It is very good. I think your right and flight plans must be entered through the G1000nxi to show up. I will give this a try today and see what happens.

    Apparently, I am the only person in this forum who is upset by the advertising tactics going on in this web site. Please be honest and at least advertise this product correctly!!! Advertise it as an upgrade to the CRJ to the CRJ 500\700 Aircraft at $19.99 instead of $99,999. This is what gives online stores a bad name!!!

    Thanks again. I followed your advise 6 times but it still ends up the same. I think I will just stick with the default G1000. Maybe a future update might correct this problem.

    Thanks for the correction. That's all you have to say, Mark. No concern for a false advertisement? It is going to be reported to the BBB for false advertising. This kind of BS needs to stop. FALSE ADVERTISING!!! BAIT AND SWITCH!!! I don't care who he thinks he IS!!! This kind of BS needs to stop. There are many other ways to advertise this add on product that are honest!!!

    That was me. I tried to buy it at it's ridiculous price to see what happens. Unfortunately my credit card was $50 short of being able to purchase it. And no, I am not insane. Just a person testing the insanity of things so crazy as this. Maybe YOU should correct these insane things YOU claim to have no control over!!! What would happen if my credit card was accepted? You would charge me??? This is absolutely ridiculous and your explanation is even more ridiculous and pathetic. I don't care if you run this web sight! Someone has to call you out on your BS!!!

    The top photo shows my flight plan in the world map from my departure airport. The second photo shows my complete flight plan and route. The 3rd photo shows the STAR and approach to the runway. The 4th photo shows what I see with the default G1000 included with MSFS. You can see the white NAV line in the display showing me the route I need to follow either on autopilot or hand flying. The last photo shows there is no line (either magenta or white) for me to follow. Could you please respond? I really need to know if this is normal, or a bug or I am doing something wrong.

    I made a complete flight plan with a departure airport, an arrival airport, a SID departure, a STAR arrival, an ILS approach to the destination airport runway all on low altitude airways. I also add my altitude in the plan. Is there something I am leaving out? This works for the standard G1000 and displays a white/magenta track line to follow. It only displays a short magenta line on the departure airport runway only on the G1000nxi.

    I installed the G1000nxi a couple of days ago. I like the graphics but there is a small problem. When I create a flight plan in the world map and start the aircraft, there is no magenta line in the map display for me to follow. Is that a bug with the G1000nxi or is it normal? Or am I doing something wrong (as per usual)?

    That is what I thought I was pointing out to him. A Youtube video and other videos showing him how to create a custom camera view to save. Maybe I'm wrong. Wouldn't be the first time.

    Thanks again, Steve. I fly the Baron 58 all the time and am trying to assign all the switches an buttons on my Alpha Flight Yoke and Bravo Throttle Quadrant to more reflect the switch locations on the aircraft panel to make it easier in VR. I trying to assign the Pitot Heat to my Alpha Yoke. Your picture showed me where to look and I found the conflict from a switch assignment on the Brvo Throttle. Clearing that solved my problem. Again, thank you so much. You are a great help to this forum.

    Thank you Steve. I was even having trouble flipping the switch in the aircraft with the mouse yesterday. I just got back inside after raking the leaves and pine needles off the yards all day so I will try again today and let you know.
