paulfar
I just D/L a 737 livery for British Airtours; however, cannot find a suitable Callsign for this aircraft. I have EditVoicePack installed which provides hundreds of callsigns, but I can't come up with BRITISH AIRTOURS, AIRTOURS or anything similar. I was wondering if they might have a special call sign somewhat like British Airways=SPEED BIRD or BEA=BEELINE. Thanks for any info. Paul
ColR1948
I may be wrong but wasn't it Kestral?
mrzippy
Looks like B Tours. http://www.skybrary.aero/index.php/British_Airtours Still thinking about a new flightsim only computer!

gwillmot
.... BUT .... can an extinct carrier actually still have a call sign? ... philosophically speaking, of course. [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC]
paulfar
Thanks for the input guys. I found a callsign in my airlines.cfg which should be OK. BEATOURS, pronounced B-TOURS. That's close enough for me. Paul
johnhinson
Close enough? So close that it is correct. The airline started as BEA Airtours, becoming British Airtours when BEA and BOAC merged to become British Airways. The callsign of BEATOURS was retained.
