BillD22
Nice shots and an interesting aircraft (4-engine tail dragger). Wondering if this was the basis for the German WWII long-range bomber?

Thanks Bill, I have always loved the clean ascetics of this aircraft. For its day, a real beauty. And I really like the early direction finder antennas (NDB). Per wikipedia: "Originally developed by Focke-Wulf as a long-range airliner. A Japanese request for a long-range maritime patrol aircraft led to military versions that saw service with the Luftwaffe as long-range reconnaissance and anti-shipping/maritime patrol bomber aircraft. The Luftwaffe also made extensive use of the Fw 200 as a transport aircraft. It achieved success as a commerce raider until mid-1941," https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Focke-Wulf_Fw_200_Condor Always Aviate, then Navigate, then Communicate. Having said that, it's obvious those two countries were working together much earlier than most of the world realized. Despite all the drawbacks of its' use. It is a very interesting and attractive aircraft Being an old chopper guy I usually fly low and slow.
