BillD22
It climbs the hills like a champ 'Cause my Honda's built really light When I go into the turns Lean with me and hang on tight I better turn on the lights So we can ride my Honda tonight Song lyrics from "Little Honda" by the Beach Boys Here are some shots of a Honda Jet landing at Ingalls Field (KHSP) in Hot Springs, Virginia. Located on a ridge top in the Blue Ridge Mountains at 3792 feet field elevation, KHSP is the highest public use airport east of the Mississippi. The weather is today's rainy RW weather in Virginia. The MFD shows the airplane is on the ILS Runway 25 approach.

The G3000 touchscreens in both are winners! :D:pilot:

PAULCRAIG
I wonder why Honda designed this aircraft with such poor visibility from the cockpit, with those really thick pillars deviding the windshields?
BillD22
I wonder why Honda designed this aircraft with such poor visibility from the cockpit, with those really thick pillars deviding the windshields? It certainly creates a blind spot. Compare it to the Vision Jet.
Rupert
It certainly creates a blind spot. Compare it to the Vision Jet. My guess is it's a generational thing. When the Honda Jet first came out it was bragged on for having such good outside visibility in a plane that small that performed that well. Remember for one thing, composite construction has come a long long way in the 20 or more years since the Honda Jet was designed. Being an old chopper guy I usually fly low and slow.
