A visit to Virgil Grissom Municipal in Indiana

Recommended Posts

The February issue of AOPA PILOT suggested a flight to BFR in Bedford Indiana. So now THAT the weather is better, I'm doing exactly that from LOU with a T & G at 142.

Today at LOU the weather wasn't the clearest with 20 mile visibility and winds out of 230 @9. Fuel isn't real cheap either @ $5.49 US Gallon for 100LL But hey, WE'RE SIMMING SO JUST COSTS A LITTLE ELECTRICITY!! ; Welcome along!

I have no idea where he left my Baron!

Now that you mention it, I do remember borrowing a glass cockpit Baron from you. I remember now, it's probably on the Isle of Skye! The last time I was there I scored some tickets to return on the QMII so I probably left it either there or at Southampton. I think.

Unless the trip's delayed again I plan to cross over in May or so. If I remember, I'll see if I can find it for you. ;) I shan't have time to bring it back but at least you'll know where to find it if you want it. If not, I'll just borrow it again while on another trip over.
