First of all this video is not mine.

Reported from our users but wanted to share so post this here.

At this video , as said there are guys "MO Textures" on facebook also they have a discord account too.

Those guys collect Modified models and put on their product list and sell.

How they do is when say want , will always say ask by messenger and ask for money.

For example: what they are selling is

PMDG 737MAX MOD which is PMDG 737NG + X-Plane's 737MAX paywares wing and engine.

A330 NEO from Aerosoft A330 + SAAD A330 wing and engine (Which means original is ripped off CLS + Engine from somewhere)

A320NEO from Aerosoft/FSL A320 + X-Plane's creator's engine (

)

There is much more and not only paywares , freewares too.

Yes MO Texture guys are selling all those which they don't have rights.

More then that what they are doing is chewing the future market for paywares too.

At this situation noone will want to make things.

They are killing the futures.

Don't feed those guys.

Under is the link of the video.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jh1rXLne5qs&t=1s

But also after seeing the video above , I think will feel odd from those.

Yes saying about MO Textures are correct , they steal and sell.

But also the guys who made this video also made a MOD which is violating the copyrights.

They say at 1:11 saying they made the MOD of PMDG 777-300 and stolen which means they released from their PC .

Yes they also violated the copyrights too.

And saying mine to that which they don't have the rights.

So Don't feed to those guys , MO textures and also guys who MODS without permissions.

In the end , noone will want to make things for this world.

To Modders , Do things correct.

Basic rule is simple , Ask and Get permissions from the original author or the company first.

If done correct , will be a welcomed work.

But not , it is same as a theif.

Why modded model is a problem is there are copyrights to even each parts level.

Gears flaps , tire m brakes , doors , all has.

Including those means violating if not having permission.

Saying mine is just don't make sense.

Unfortunately this is the world of now.

Please help try making this fair world.

Proof? one cannot rip off something which is a recreation of an actual creation by anyone else. I don't see proof to back up the allegation.

1st , did you see the link of the AS A320 Neo mod's case ?

That is one proof.

Or you just don't want to see the proof ?

Also go and see their facebook wall

https://www.facebook.com/MoTextures

Can even see a word Sale and also there is a product list.

They are saying them selfs.

Seling.

Already there was a report bought from them too.

Or more is needed ?

Already thresholdx checked and the wing and engine of PMDG 737MAX MOD is theirs.

Those modding merge is now even done pulling from other plathomes.

Anything more needed ?

Or just don't want to see ?

They even merge and sell our freewares .

Remember that too.

i may be wrong here but the original model builder look at one of these and they can tell if this mod model is one of theirs, then they have the proof, has this been done?

I saw a video one time where a guy who built an aircraft and distributed it as free then he saw a payware model that looked too much like his, he bought it and opened it up and he knew straight away it was his model.

First of all see and read correct

MO Textures are selling the mods and that is what it is.

Also them self are saying selling do you still think anything more is needed ?

They are even selling MY models merged with cockpit.

Which we never permitted.

Even this is enough to say they are selling.

Also the MO Textures guys PMDG 737MAX MOD model is already checked by rights owner.

Clearly they say it's our wing and engine.

I wrote that too.

Next about those guys who made the video.

They are saying at the Video they made a PMDG 777-300 MOD and stolen by MO Textures.

At this case They are saying by them selfs , we did.

MODDING a model and release without a permission is already a Violation of copyrights.

There is no difference between payware or freeware , it's a violation.

Modify and release without a permission is a violation of the copyright and it's a crime.

You should understand that.

MODDERS should learn what they can do is not same as what you may do.

Get a permission correct and make it a welcomed work.

If not will be just a criminal.

Do it at a correct way.

See and read things correct.

Also see these too.

PMDG also understands MO TEXTURES are those kind of guys.

Saying

"I would suggest not to give them any money for any of their "products". I can not say in details but with specific "group/Individual" we had legal issues again in the past. Will take it forward."

https://forum.pmdg.com/forum/main-forum/general-discussion-news-and-announcements/125686-mo-textures-using-payware-base-models-is-this-a-violation

Although legal is working on this will try the facebook copyright infringement as well.

https://forum.pmdg.com/forum/main-forum/pmdg-737-ngxu-for-prepar3d-v4/158356-mo-textures-pmdg-rip-off

If you do a search , can find a lot about them.
