The usual way - launch Microsoft Store, click the library icon bottom left, click the Microsoft Flight Simulator icon in the apps list.

Thanks for the heads up Tim.

About time... Can't believe Asobo left us with a broken sim over the holidays unlike Lockheed Martin that issued a P3D hotfix the next day.

You're welcome dd. This is the first update I can remember which didn't hang up or loop during the entire process - the initial update or the Content Manager updates - I'm both amazed and relieved! Having a glass of Pinot Grigio to celebrate because it's nearly 5pm here in the UK.

This update was relatively painless. I did have to restart the initial download/decompression when it got stuck, but it then loaded up and had me do an 8 gig download, which worked! Took a short flight around KJAX area :D

My update was only 716.6 mg thats a long way from 8 gig......

The Content Manager screen has further updates for the Deluxe and Premium versions - around 2.1 and 2.4 gigs each for me.

Did some flying tonight, I'm getting less stutters than before the update which is great news. The last update wasn't great on my PC, but enjoyed some low n slow stuff today.

They changed it to the Xbox app now. Yup, the new norm. You're golden to do it there.

I have version 1.21.13.0 now but have not been able to get today's update. When I start the game it doesn't prompt for any updates and I logged out of my X Box acct. and logged back in, rebooted, etc. and it still won't prompt me for an update. In the game if I go into my acct. and log out and then try to log back in it says it can't log me back in and to try again later. In the past if I did that in the game I was able to log back in with no problem. This has been going on all day. Any ideas?
