azzaro
I was going to identify all the landmarks but I'm feeling pretty lazy tonight. Find a Habs fan nearby and ask them. :p Vanilla FS2020 plus a few community fixes. -- Bob more in reply… Edited October 20, 2020 by azzaro [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC] i7-7700 3.6GHz / GTX1660 6GB / 32GB RAM / 49" Samsung CHG90 / WIN10

Rupert
Wonderful shots Bob!! Unfortunately once I say something there in my Southern Drawl, the price of everything in Montreal and Quebec goes up hugely! I've never noticed that to happen in any of the former English provinces. Everything in Canada seems hugely expensive compared to the US, but in Quebec they lean on people that sound like me! Yes, I've felt ripped off in Paris and other places in France, but Quebec province IMO is much worse than even Paris! I remember once while staying at the Frontanac, I went to a nearby bank to exchange some cash. I told the cashier what I wanted and she started the procedure, then an armed man waked up and waved his official credentials and told me it was illegal to do business in a bank in English there. So he told the teller to do what she had already started to do in French, and he charged my $5 for translation fees. I paid him with a credit card, then contacted my card company to refuse payment. They replied they couldn't refuse payment because him charging me a fee to translate was legal. As was his job!!! BTW: That was my last pleasure trip to Quebec Province!
