Kapitan
What is the difference between Modern and Legacy Flight Model? Which should i chose for realism? Kapitan Anything I say is...not as serious as you think
g7rta
I would go with modern. Presumably the legacy model is based on flight models of previous sims. The modern one is the new, up to date one. Elvensmith
I did wonder though if trying legacy might tame some of the more extreme handling behaviour. Vern.

Vern, my apologies for the stupid question, but I forgot to calibrate my yoke & pedals until today - have you calibrated yours? I did mine in the Windows 10 Game Controllers utility by pressing the Windows key+R, then typing joy.cpl. I now get smooth flight controls and autopilot works perfectly. Elvensmith
I only have a Logitech 3D Pro joystick and calibrated it not long ago. Sounds like a recalibration with FS2020 installed might be worth a try. The problem seems to be the sim is reading as a digital rather than analogue input so it's either on or off - and doesn't matter how much you tweak sensitivity and dead zones. I have also double and triple checked the controller is set as for axis not buttons. Vern.
