Rushing through Germany

Recommended Posts

Call me an anarchist if you will, but I was brought up to believe that the Caravan is Cessna's most versatile aircraft. I was speaking with the local carnies about one at a nearby wreckers while sitting in the garden. They told me of that caravan's headlong flight to the seven cities of gold. I wished them well and took off towards the west, nearly blinded by the halo effect of the setting sun. The sort of halo worn by clockwork angels. Here are the totally unrelated pictures. ;-)

Nice pictures Bob and I agree the C208 is the ultimate evolution of the "traditional-Cessna" single engine, high strutted wing, fixed tricycle undercarriage configuration. Will not even attempt to guess the theme you're on about.

Best wishes.

And the kewpie doll goes to Mr. Zippy for correctly identifying Rush's final album, Clockwork Angels. Not too difficult a task since I used every song title from it in the paragraph. I had Rush on my mind since I'll be seeing Geddy Lee this Monday at a lecture/book signing event for his Big Beautiful Book of Bass coffee table book. (almost big enough to be an actual coffee table) Thanks for the kind remarks and for indulging my peculiar flights of fancy. -- Bob
