Landing in Moscow (1968).

Recommended Posts

Great to see the old "shot glass" building, now long gone. It was dark and unused by the time I first visited Moscow in the late '90s, sorry to say. Most of Soviet "googie" futurist architecture was done in big concrete. The Jetsons-style "shot glass" lounge was too cool.

Great shots of a huge favorite older airplane. I also love the story and additional "shot" of the "shot glass" building!;)

Thanks to both of you!!
