azzaro
So then this happened. Probably not a good thing. No worries. I shut down the offending engine and made an emergency landing. Anyone know where I can get aircraft seats cleaned? -- Bob [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC] i7-7700 3.6GHz / GTX1660 6GB / 32GB RAM / 49" Samsung CHG90 / WIN10
mrzippy
Hey, Bob! Welcome to the club! On my first test flight with the MJ C-47 v.2 I managed to flame both engines. IIRC, I hit the fire bottles and then did an engine restart on both and did a successful landing. I figured out that I had not reduced the prop RPM in time and caused the bonfire. :D BTW, nice shot of the engine fire!;) Still thinking about a new flightsim only computer! peer01
Nothing wrong Bob, happens to me all the time. Just blame Adam and send him the bills for cleaning, fire brigade, a new ATC-tower, etcetera, etcetera. Oh, and when there's no field nearby: look for water.....;) [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC]
