A B-24 Liberator Above Southern Japan!

Recommended Posts

No, Iwo-Jima 1944 is a freeware WW2 scenery file

OK! Thanks again!

I modified my site's pages with the new reference to Virtavia. Always of interest to simmers!

The new livery with the Dutch flag, a post-war use of the Liberator?

Info from the "read me" in JK's repaint file: KG991, aircraft C of the 321 squadron, Marine Luchtvaart Dienst, (Dutch Naval Air Force), Cocos Islands, 1944-1945. I didn't know about this beautiful Dutch Liberator :eek::rolleyes:

So, Netherlands changed their rondels during WW2 as, by the beginning of it, Dutch airplanes features a orange triangle, I think :cool:

Well, still struggling with it somewhat. Now I have all the instruments I need to make it right, but RPM gauges playing hard to get. Won't let me increase/decrease in increments, only a quick change down to 'Nil' or a quick change to "High RPM" It is flyable, so that's the way it will be until I can figure it out! :rolleyes:

Finally found a "keeper," one that I could keep and have everything that works, the way it should work! I kept the "Dragon and his Tail" just for fun, I can work around the power settings. She's too pretty to throw out! Oh, and by the way, sorry for your beer loss AGAIN, Jim!

It sure is Rick! :cool::cool::cool:

Thanks Jan, now, we are all anxiously waiting to see if and when the beer arrives to Jim's location! All the compliments (sometimes given to extremes) he has thrown your way, and he still patiently waits for his much promised beer! He doesn't ask for much in return. I have seen a much improved sense of humor his posts have shown us all, so, it appears he still has "high hopes" in you fulfilling your promise! Don't let him down again, be the "noble" :rolleyes: man you claim to be! PAH!
