who4ever
Hi all. Can anyone please tell me what the attenuator is, what airplanes it actually works in and what it does? Thanks, Dave
mrzippy
This is what I found doing a Google search. ATTEN refers to the Thrust Attenuators. These are the Paddles that deflect the engine thrust to kill forward progress when on the ground. Jet aircraft? Payware aircraft?? Still thinking about a new flightsim only computer! who4ever
Basic Cessna 172. Menu Bar-View-Check Attenuator. Small rectangular box in upper right of instrument console padding appears but doesn't seem to do anything. When checked in a Mooney Bravo, I see no change in the display at all. tgibson_new
Hi, You mean the Annunciator. Shut down your engine and warning words will appear. Tom Gibson CalClassic Propliner Page: http://www.calclassic.com
