FSX Active Commercial Airlines, ICAO Codes And Callsigns. A list of active fixed-wing commercial airlines having an ICAO code, worldwide. This file is completely new, beginning to end. It replaces my December 2008 file, which was last updated 9 Feb 2022. Regarding the 2008 file; it has government or state-run airlines, whereas this new file doesn't. I've listed all the active commercial airlines (scheduled passenger, charter, dedicated cargo) that I could find online; any airline that I've missed was definitely unintentional. The ICAO code (or, at least the IATA code) and callsign (where applicable) for each airline are provided. FSX Tutorial--Syracuse To New York La Guardia. Here is a tutorial that can also be a very busy, 60 minute flight from Syracuse to New York's LaGuardia. It is a tutorial on Arrival Charts and how to interpret them. This one uses the HAARP THREE ARRIVAL to KLGA. In this short time, you will use eight VORs and even more checkpoints in the infamous zigzag approach to land on runway 22. The tutorial flight is VFR, but you must rely heavily on your instruments due to extreme traffic and other congestion in the New York area. Once you have mastered the tutorial, you can fly the IFR mode in IMC conditions with visibility less than 2 miles. In this mission you will be flying the King Air 350. If you can master this approach, then you will be ready for a full instrument approach for most any airport. Includes goals, reward and feedback to the user as to how well you do on each flight. As the Home page in FSX:SE itself directed to the old Fsxinsider webpage address and was not found. The file inside of this zip folder replaces the old one and I have included the original file as well, for backup purposes. FSX/Prepar3D McCoy Water Landing Effect v4. McCoy Water Landing Effect v4 for both FSX and P3D v4. These effects are individually assigned to a specific aircraft or boat overriding both FSX and P3D's default wake. Five effects of various sizes are included. Visually v4 looks a lot like v3.2 but some improvements have been made such as a compatibility fix of surface decals and airborne particles when subjected to wind, re-direction and velocity adjustments of the splash effect, a greatly simplified installation for P3D v4 and the first update for FSX since v2.0. A short video is included to demonstrate each size. Although intended for aircraft these effects can be used on boats 38 feet or smaller. Sound file included by Vince McCoy.
