  1. Thanks for your Offer, Nels! Several of us have sent PM's to the Administrators asking if there's a Feature in the Clubs where Members can both Post and Reply to Threads inside the Club. Right now, only the Club Creator can Post, and there's no mechanism for any Member to either Reply to or create a Post within the Club. Without the Ability for others to Post, the Club space is nothing more than a Billboard. Alan (vp²)
  2. Nope, nary a single Reply regarding our 'issues'. Until then, we're buggering on in both the Nine and FSX Forums, just little stuff at the moment.
  3. Queenstown (NZQN) to Milford Sound (NZMF). FS2004. Aerosoft DHC-2 Beaver. Climbed to the top at 6,500', then dropped down bush pilot style to the runway... sort of. Took me about 35 min. @ 95 kts. Nice Challenge! More, please!
  4. I'm in. Any chance of a Link to the OG Article in Flying magazine? EDIT: Is this the Article? https://www.flyingmag.com/exploring-new-zealands-grand-islands-by-air/
  5. It isn't us, or our Browsers... it's this Site.
  6. Did 'ya get the special Certificate?
  7. A nice envisioning of the future, for sure. I just don't trust the Technology quite yet, though. Cost of Mogas vs.100LL vs. Jet-A is definitely a big factor, I figure. Guess I'll have to learn how to make Frybread and make that Navajo Burger the old fashioned way! Glad I have the Sim so I can make the flight to Farmington...
  8. Could be the Theme for another "Mini Challenge"... Make a Flight for the best 'comfort' Victuals, whether it be the classic "$100 Hamburger" run, or for another unique Meal somewhere. There's this "Navajo Burger" down in Farmington NM that sounds really good... Is the $100 Hamburger still a reality, or is it more than a C Note these days?
  9. Go to the O Club at Mountain Home and get their Salisbury Steak Special. The pilots at Buckley SFB right next to Centennial fly to Mountain Home just to get the Special, then get in some Gunnery practice on the flight back to Buckley. At least that's what a Pilot told me... whenever they fly over, that's what I'm imagining!
  10. Kit, Please feel free to use the [Club Chachapoya] Label for your upcoming RTW; just put it in at the beginning of the Thread Title. If you plan on coming through the States I'll follow along, too! Melo The Perfect Landing does rustle up some good grub. Haven't been there for anything but Breakfast, though. Glad to see you as always!
  11. And locally, there's always CB Radio to fall back on. I think I still have that old rig laying around somewhere... I have a little Grundig G5 shortwave radio, but have never been able to pick anything up other than AM/FM. I wouldn't know where to tune anyway; it's in Meter Bands instead of MHz or KHz. Had much more experience jabbering away on Ch. 7 in my youth (that was our preferred CB Channel).
  12. Many thanks! I've always run Nine in Fullscreen mode but with this recent HP laptop things like the GPS flicker occasionally 1.9 gig AMD processor with 1 gig GPU. So I've been using Windowed mode lately and things have been much better. 20 fps in Fullscreen but 30 in Windowed.
  13. wobbie do you run Nine and GW in Fullscreen or Windowed Mode?
  14. Only one, and I have a real bad Take regarding "Mr. Elon", SpaceX and his penchant for running away when the Temperature starts to rise in la cocina. He is in a very unique position...
