Mac6737
For the price of about 3 martinis in a 2d-rate hotel bar, I just bought my first military jet, the F-14 Tomcat, from the MSFS store. Beautiful! Took off and headed west under a harvest moon. Okay. So, beyond that, can anyone tell me how to fly this beast? There's no manual, right? And nothing is like the usual planes in MSFS, both GA and commercial. No AP? No GPS?
dogdish
I was looking at that myself. I have the freeware Dino Cattaneo F-14 for FSX and the afterburner comes on at full throttle and wings automatically swing back at high speed and swing forward at low speed.. Is it doing the same? I just registered on that site, but it has not yet allowed me to ask a Q. Go figure. In the thread you link to, someone mentions that he/she "read the Manual." Where, where? Frustrating. I DLd it from that link. But "included in the software?" I bought this from the MS Store via the sim. I never saw the "software."
Mac6737
If you go to the quoted JustFlight URL above, you will find a link to a 49 page manual which seems quite comprehensive Thanks again. (I thought I thanked you yesterday, but I don't see the post.) Also, for general info: This plane, purchased from the in-sim marketplace, downloads to the Official folder. Open it, look for the Documents folder, and it's in there.
