Le service de dépannage de Microsoft est tout-à -fait incompréhensible et trop complexe. Mon problème est que deux (2) téléchargements d'un avion Cessna 182T ont été portés sur mon compte VISA alors que je n'ai réussi aucun téléchargement !!! On m'a suggéré de m'adresser directement à Carenado pour ce problème mais ils m'ont redirigé vers XBOX et XBOX me redirige et un cercle inutile s'enclenche. g7rta Posted October 24, 2020 Share Posted October 24, 2020 Je suppose que vous en avez acheté un mais que vous en avez facturé deux? si vous l’avez acheté sur le marché de la simulation, c’est à Microsoft de le régler. Dans le cas peu probable où vous l'auriez commandé accidentellement deux fois (est-ce même possible?), Microsoft devrait tout de même vous en rembourser un car il s'agissait clairement d'une erreur. ce n'est pas comme si vous pouviez en utiliser deux, n'est-ce pas? Could not describe my problem on the Microsoft site which translates wrong. Microsoft's help desk is utterly incomprehensible and too complex. My problem is that two (2) downloads of a Cessna 182T aircraft were posted to my VISA account while I did not succeed in any download !!! I was suggested to go directly to Carenado for this problem but they redirected me to XBOX and XBOX redirects me and an unnecessary circle clicks. If this is not resolved, I will never order from this site again and will cancel its use to my friends. Therefore you can download a fresh copy from your `download` page - it never expires unless you need further downloads! Does it appear in your d/l list? MS said he needs to contact Carenado but they said he needs to contact MS (& rightly so, as it was purchased from MS) & he hasn’t even been able to download it yet.
