dogdish
If this is not a NDA item, I am curious how the aircraft folder is setup. Is it like Microsoft Flight where all the aircraft were hidden away in a content.pak OR FULLY accessible like FSX to allow easily adding liveries? 8 more days to find out for sure! cmac
I'm with you. I haven't looked everywhere on the web, but..... Is it me? Or is nobody talking about the folder structure, how we can add our add-ons, whether there will be an object placer.......? I assumed that would be what everyone would be talking about. Creeps me out a bit that I've seen nothing about it. Anybody know?
FlyerDoc
And, yes, has there been much if any mention of liveries to go with the standard aircraft? It seems to me that my modest skills, developed over the years using FSRepaint and such, to create new liveries, will all be redundant. Does anybody know if the aircraft have basically the same model/liveries structure, or are we going to have to start the learning curve all over again? dogdish
Well so far anybody that knows, can't say. May the fleas of a thousand camels infest your... CENSORED I did find a comment on a YouTube video about "cutting and pasting FSX models to the legacy mode" but sounds like speculation. All the videos I've seen show a Livery selection for all aircraft. Before you had to add a texture folder AND add a [fltsim.x] entry to the aircraft.cfg Perhaps ASOBO have somehow simplified this process. Just hope I don't have to give Microsoft 99 cents everytime I want to add a livery.
