lnuss Posted November 22, 2018 Share Posted November 22, 2018 From what I've seen so far, it's showing the possibility, but I suspect the practicality for future replacement of aircraft power is a long ways off. It requires a lot of electric power, and our battery tech is nowhere nearly good enough yet for that to be practical. But it's great to see another principal demonstrated, which may spur something, not necessarily aviation, in future development. Larry N.
