Sabena flight 788 is a Douglas DC-6 on a rainy afternoon flight from Cologne-Bonn to Brussels (EDDK - EBBR). We have 800 gallons of fuel on board for the 100 nm flight of about fifty minutes. We are expecting thunderstorms, heavy cloud cover and low visibility for the entire flight. We will be cruising at 8,000 feet.

Great job Larry! Those shots during the rain had me looking all around in case of a Thunderhead!!

P.S. After saying that about your screenshots, a thunderstorm just hit here!! 96*F in June is not an indication of a comfortable summer!!!:o

Being an old chopper guy I usually fly low and slow.
