We have 170 gallons of fuel on board for the 217 nm flight of about one hour and 40 minutes. There will be moderate cloud cover for the entire flight. Turning on a southwesterly course for Hanover. 5. Passing over Kastrup at about 2,700 feet. 6. Climbing through 6,000 feet over Køge Bay. 7. We are cruising among the high cumulus at 14,000 feet near Faxe Bay. 8. The city of Nykøbing Falster is less than 10 nm behind us and there is still a lot of snow on the ground as we near the southern coast of Denmark. 9. We have crossed the Baltic Sea and are over West Germany with the city of Lübeck below. We are very near the East German border. 10. About 15 nm west of Hamburg we see the River Elbe blow. Descending through 6,500 feet we turn on a heading of 215 degrees. 13. Continuing to descend to 2,200 feet over Fuhrberg. 14. We turn to intercept our approach to runway 27 at Hanover’s Langenhagen Airport. 15. The Gear is down and flaps 40 as we line up our approach. 16. Looking good on short final. 17. Touchdown. 18. Turning off the runway. 19. We have been assigned Gate 6 as we taxi toward the terminal. 20. Parked, systems shut down and passengers disembarked. Thanks for flying Falcks.
