DisneyVA
We are not exclusively based in the UK or Europe, however we do have LFPG as a hub - Disneyland Paris of course :) and we do a quite a few European Routes, are a VATSIM Associate Airline, and have an absolute ton of fun with staff that are responsive and helpful. Come check us out @ http://disneyair.net
jgniewkowski
We fly the entire United Airlines schedule, so there are plenty of European flights. Albiet we are not based in the UK or Europe :)

goodpaster
http://libertyairva.com http://www.planecrazy.me.uk/ukd/html/join_us.html UK Direct Both of these require registration to get on their site to check things out. Ridiculous! It AIN'T gonna happen! It is difficult to decide what goes on the public side of the wall and what is reserved for members. Allot of work goes into schedules, fleet design, documentation, etc. I understand that some find this work to be without value, but it is dishearting to spend dozens of hours creating something to find it quickly copied by the many smaller VAs who make thier living doing so. Advertising and marketing are one thing, but opening everything up so the scabs of the VA community can come along and steal all your hard work is another. It is a delicate balance. Besides, it costs someone next to nothing to join most VAs and give them a try. I get many people who register and never make a single flight. I don't harass them at all. After six months of inactivity they are deleted off the roster. They didn't find us to the the type of VA they were looking for, no problem. Less individual literal and more organizational abstract, in that the VAs that rip off other VAs.
tgon
Only the members forum requires a log on for the UK Direct VA. An extensive aircraft livery is downloadable content as are many other aspects of the VA. Optionally, some pilots use FS Airlines to record their pireps. Luke
Less individual literal and more organizational abstract, in that the VAs that rip off other VAs. I've never worried too much about that - Ideas are easy, Execution is hard (and rare). A good virtual airline will provide anonymous browsers with a good amount of information to give them an idea of the culture and level of activity of the VA. If they don't, there's probably a reason and one should steer clear. Cheers! Luke

Does anyone know any good virtual airlines (Excluding British Airways Virtual) Hello AdsMar99, WorldwideVirtual is one of the very best VAs; there are NO limitations on aircraft type, routes, landing rates etc. The ONLY stipulation is that you have FUN. The airline can be found at http://www.worldwidevirtual.net Look forward to seeing you there. Mike

Does anyone know any good virtual airlines (Excluding British Airways Virtual) Our VA, First International Air, is looking both for pilots, and those who may want to actively develop one of the divisions, either charter or cargo. We fly both European and Canadian routes, and use VAFS for flight administration You can find us at http://miken5000.wix.com/first-air-virtual Mike CEO
