With a stiff tailwind I could outrun the lot of ya. Admiring the view of the Rainbow Hilton. Softer beds than the bunks below. This is one of those birds I forget I have, so it does not get enough flying time. That's the 3 Sisters in the background. Mt. Jefferson. Such a great plane to fly. Leaving Lake Onion in the Golden Age Simulation Travel Air. A nicely detailed rounder. Another of the Lancair. Been doing a lot of night flying lately. The default C172 over some water textures I rather like on a sunny day. Will close out the first half with the ubiquitous Beaver shot. Down low that water does not look as nice. more to come... Takes me back to many hours in the Bill Lyons FS9 version. At this point I decided that turning around might be the prudent choice. Checking out an old copper mine... ...and from the office. Gotta love FTX. Waiting for a little more light so I can take Heidi on a sunrise flight. Ever feel out of place? More night flying in the great handling MilViz C310.
