  1. Is nobody going to tell me I left out the vehicle textures?
  2. I should also have said that it would take some 80 to 100 hours just to convert all the scenery objects used here. Then the same again to make the airport layout, place the scenery objects, ground textures, AI, etc. If it was a weeks work in total I would probably take a shot at it, but........
  3. Sorry, the simple answer is "No". I have offered in the forums to provide all my buildings from all my (400?) airfields to be converted to another format for anyone who wants to make versions of PABR or any other scenery for FSX, P3D, or Xplane. I was contacted by one person, only. I have no experience of making scenery for FSX; buildings can be converted, but transparent items like fences would need to be replaced, and other items such as ground textures etc are totally different. I also have no intention of moving to FSX, so the personal motivation is not there. I will leave FS9, but only when a version for virtual reality headsets appears as that will be a huge step forward for flightsim.
  4. Jacques, please contact me at rogwen@rogers.com regarding conversion of FS9 scenery in Quebec to Xplane
  5. You're welcome. Had to be Canada as that is where 90%u0025 of my flying is!
  6. On my laptop there is now, somewhere, a programme called "desinstalador.exe" which quick research shows to be a trojan. My list of "All programs" associates this with "CYKF-WATERLOO, INTL AIRPORT, Canada" although the shortcut no longer works as the programme has been moved. I will find it and delete it.
  7. Nope, the 1024-512 size made no difference, the apparently-competing ground textures still generating "flashing" stripes when viewed from the air and making it unusable. Pity. I will compare the textures with the ones that came with Greg Putz's CYQR and see if I can do something with them, as his worked fine.
  8. I had "flashing" textures, the sort of thing you get when two sets of textures are competing to show. I will try the reduction and DXT3 and see if that works.
  9. Rene, I add "please" to email me at rogwen@rogers.com, so I can share an idea.
  10. I write that again: still less than one percent of downloaders have responded
  11. Less than 1%u0025 of the downloaders responded to my request for information on this scenery. C'mon you guys!
  12. The tail wheel appears to be off the ground at reat, or is it just my impression? rogwen@rogers.com
  13. I found an email address in the auto install, "fsxcenery@hotmail.com" It does not work.
  14. The "friendly auto-install" is in Spanish. How am I supposed to select the folder where I want to install this? rogwen@rogers.com Plus there is no email address. Nels, can you please let me know what his email is?

  17. sorry, should have emailed me, I never read these. And I have no info on Old Crow
  18. I suggested a solution for your blurries problem based on something I encountered once in FS9; your problem sounds so similar that I believe FSX and FS9 in this case suffer from identical problems. Roger Wensley
