    Meigs Field by Z Studios. Well worth the money, and excellent scenery! Drzweicki Design Chicago is an excellent piece to accompany the purchase as well.

    First off: Chicago, My kind of town... Welcome to Meigs Field. If only FS2000/2002 looked as good when they featured this baby. Entrance open showing the lobby you can explore Gonna grab a quick drink before walking around the airfield. Amazing detail for such a reasonably priced payware! The Fire Station, Control Towers, and Fuel Box. Open hangar you can spawn inside of before taxiing. The famous Observatory that we all became familiar with thanks to Microsoft.

    When you assigb control axis with the quadrant do you see the device pop up in the selection? I have no issue with my yoke and throttle.

    Now that is nice. Thanks for the heads up. I like a variety of aircraft in the sim, and the Honda Jet would be a nice addition.

    Yup - see what we mean? The sim is a mess with how they break it! They need to fix, ASAP. I have all Orbx airports for Prepar3d, etc....I'd hate to sound like a broken record like other forum members but I do love this sim, so I don't want to leave it. Wonder when Asobo plans on fixing this aspect they broke???

    Thanks Tim I’ll give it a try later when at my PC So many bugs with this sim they even break their traffic system. I like the better AI models though does this mean I won’t have the better and just generic?

    Hi Bob.. yes sir. It does save after the change, but line be hold, I open the sim, they’re there. The same at military airports, my civilian aircraft litter those airfields as well like Area 51 which totally ruins the immersion. Let’s hope we can solve this for all, huh Steve? I’m sure if you and I have it everyone does. Thanks Tim, but that has been done.

    Yet, the aircraft I turn off still show up in the new sim. It totally disregards my deactivating settings in the aircraft .CFG file, so I have an F15 sitting at Block Island State which should not be there. Anyone know what to do about this? I don't want to turn on Generic Traffic for I love my love traffic, but this is one of those things that the sim just doesn't seem to recognize is deactivating traffic settings. Any help would be great, thanks! Not sure if it helps, but my system info is in the signature, and I am NOT offering $100 bucks an hour for the services received with helping me out. :) :D This is totally ruining immersiveness. :(

    I guess people see attacking as two different things. People know what are expected of them who have been members of this forum for quite a while, when asking for posts, we all post our system specs. Heck, mine are in my signature so I wouldn't have to do it asking questions over and over again. This user does NONE OF THAT to help people who may try to help him, and quite frankly, that is quite trollish. He says thank God he still has his FSX? He can use it! No need to announce his departure in these forums to whatever sim he wants to use, these forums are NOT an airport.

    Doesn't take much to take a look at the OP's posting history and you will realize that all his posts are similar. Very vague, little to no info on the problem, and just doesn't seem to want to be helped so do your research before bashing OTHERS who post THEIR opinion like YOU just did. Thanks!

    Just letting off steam - sure, but he can do it in a constructive way. Maybe he can search youtube on how to find out your computer specs and answer appropriately. All 7 of his forums posts are in this sort of manner. Go check them out just before defending, Chuck, you'll be pleased you do before wasting your time on someone that just doesn't seem to care what they post to waste other's time.

    As stated, no such thing as a Top End "Dell" Might as well be running alienware junk. Just another troll. Or someone very limited who doesn't know how to find out CPU specs, on even his own machine. No wonder he doesn't know what he's doing with the sim.

    First, I NEVER said anything with a prop on it was useless. I love props, and fly them 90% of the time....the tuning of these aircraft just need to be better, and hope they finally fix it. It handles NOTHING like FSX did or Prepar3d.

    Exactly. I found that we need add on airplanes for aircraft to fly right, otherwise some default aircraft are practically uncontrollable. I hope that they fix their autopilot issues with the autopilot shutting off after a while in flight, and many other things. That's just one example that needs to be taken care of. I'm not signing up for the testing. I was a tester for the main one and I feel they ignored us completely.

    Does the new performance update indicate the end of World Updates? Are they now going to focus on fixing this simulator and everything wrong with it now that they beautified what they felt was the world? Here's to hoping anyway!

    I still play links 2003. However, with MSFS it’s only natural for developing to move on from ancient platforms. There’s still idles of Addis’s you can buy for it, I highly doubt you have them all.

    I had an issue before too with the community folder. Best solution: Right click the zip file, a box will pop up. Browse to the location of your community folder. Again, should be in app data/local/ packages /the long named Flight Simulator Folder/ then select Commubity and unzip directly to NJ it. Mine works unzipping directly. Not v dragging and dropping but the other way. Let me know how that works and if you have trouble I’ll try to work something out with screenshots, it bear in mind your folder structure may be different than mine. I have tons of airports now and aircraft so you CAN add to this sim even BBC with updates
