    Thanks Art. That's good to know. I'm beginning to think it must be something with a Windows 10 audio setting or the sound card because everything's nice and loud with headphones, so it's gotta be software or hardware related and not the sim. I do run the headphones with the onboard MB audio and speakers go through a Sound Blaster card.

    I would like to use my external speakers for all sounds. Engine sound and environmental sounds are acceptable, but ATC and Co-Pilot voices are very low and I can barely hear them. With headphones all sound is perfect. Sound settings are as follows: MSFS Settings Communications Selection: Default Text to Speech Settings: Azure (tried windows offline and no improvement) Master: 100 Voices: 100 Aircraft Engines: 74 Windows Audio Settings Speakers set as default device and default communications device Volume at 100% Default format: 24bit 48000 Hz

    Thanks tiger, but I do not have a folder called Microsoft.FlightSimulator_... in the packages folder. I am showing hidden files and folders. I also installed through Steam.

    I can't find the file either. I have old Saitek controllers that are not recognized and had to tediously program manually. It would be nice to back up that file.

    If you're running the Steam version you can bypass the three splash screens by doing this. 1) In the Library, right click Microsoft Flight Simulator and select Properties. 2) Select LAUNCH OPTIONS 3) Type "-FastLaunch" w/o quotes On my system, it saved about 30 seconds.

    Hi John: I was considering getting the Citation X 750 from Eaglesoft. Currently I have FS9 but may upgrade to FSX in the near future. Is there a way to upgrade this to the FSX version after I purchase?

     

    Also this would probably be a Christmas present that is downloaded and purchased on another machine. I assume after it's paid for I can transfer it over to my computer.

    Hi elcamino. I installed the B1900D that you previewed in one of your posts and I'm having some issues with it. Please see my post here:
