Very interesting story to go with your name. Shame the original aircraft was lost, especially with fatalities, it's never good.
Building an aircraft is something that really interests me, I wish I had the time/space/money to do so. From what I've seen and experienced, the aircraft you can build are very interesting and a lot of fun to fly. Hopefully it's something I'll have a go at later in life.
Thank you for that rather interesting story. Enjoyed it.

When I was referring to the speeds, I was referring to the network speeds, not the connection speeds. I'm not entirely sure what my internet connection is in terms of speed.
I found out today that IE 8 is in the works for release soon. I haven't heard anything about that download manager yet...

Glad you enjoy flight simulation and your bad experience with FS9 didn't put you off. If you require help with anything, just ask one of the members of this forum. They probably encountered some of the things you do and can fix them. Most are more than happy to help!
Welcome to FlightSim.com, hope you enjoy it here!

I may post it also in the PC Software forum, thanks for the suggestion. I just felt like posting something to my blog and this is what I thought of.
I have heard of dual booting Macs with Windows. I believe Apple do provide a program called Boot Camp to do this.

Thanks for your help Nels, appreciate it.

Actually, is one method of uploading preferential to the other?

Well, I'd like some payware add-ons, but I'd be very restrictive with my choice, of course. Yes, I do own a lot of payware utilities, otherwise my computer would not function how I like. I do use some freeware, such as GIMP and OpenOffice, but that's just until I get Microsoft Office really.

It's rather interesting how much they charge you for stuff like this, one of the main reasons I don't buy any payware products.

I both enjoy how it flies and how it looks. I just downloaded it and decided to have a go at another repaint for fun and possibly some practice.
As for aerobatics, some love it, some just don't enjoy it as much. There are, of course, those in between. Everyone has their tastes for different styles of flight.

This biplane is special though. It's fully aerobatic which is why I chose it.

Can't wait to see your Lightning when you finish it! Should be good! ;)

Yeah, I think he's allowed time off for the great work around here. I'm not that worried but can't wait to see in the library!

Glad you finished the article, hopefully more people will realise that the blogs are about.

I was really just messing around with my screenshots and seeing what the image manipulation software can do.
And what was the feeling my image provoked?

Good! I didn't know it was here until I saw Blog Entries under someone's details and then the 'Blogs' link on the top.
Yes, it is a Spit, edited to be blurred.
Beccles Airfield is in Suffolk, United Kingdom. It is near the most easterly point in Britain and is the only licensed aerodrome in Suffolk. When I get the chance, and when the weather is good, I go up there and help as I live by it. Most of the time, I operate the radio to the aircraft, which is enjoyable. As I said before, I will be restarting the old sim with someone and hopefully using it for some training. Here's a link for you:

I like Chilli beans! :D Plus, I've just asked myself that same question.
Uses for photographic scenery!
