I thought I saw a KCLT out there now. Its Payware by FSDreamTeam. There was a freeware update for KCLT, but not sure how it is. And KTPA needs some love for sure. That is just an awful mess. Shame FlyTampa hasn't redone it for MSFS yet. If I had time and some knowledge, I'd take a crack at scenery stuff but watching tutorials, it goes in one ear, circles around picks up speed and shoots out the other.

When I have flown the Hornet that fast, in outside view if you pan around the plane, it goes quite at the front, but when you go to the back, you hear a boom. Inside the plane you don't hear it. You can download the Warrior mod off of flightsim.to and I believe that it will add a vapor cone around the wings.

I was going to suggest the same thing. I got the LVFR Jetbridges from Marketplace. I had the sounds but the bridges were still the old style. Shut down MSFS and restarted it. They were there. Can't figure out how I didnt remember to restart it but it happens.

Very nice set!! We have a pretty closely matched setting I think (I have the I7-9700K). Hope I can can tweak to get those results. What resolution monitor are you running?

I tried it with Vsync on and off and the had the same issue.

Ok, I know there were issues with an Nvidia driver that came out in earl Dec. Caused CTD etc. No problems on my end with that after I uninstalled and rolled back to prev version, which I am still running. I did pick up something strange with in the past few days that has never happened before and am wondering if anyone else had the issue. Its hard to describe so I apologize if this has been questioned. Top few inches of my screen (running 2560x1440 at 170hz refresh) when panning around I get like a boxy pixeled thing going across after having sim open for about 45 mins. Inside cockpit view, outside view, switching views etc. Cant screen grab but its little squares. Anyways, playing around with it and could not fix it. Thought it might be overheating issue but its running at the following temps.... CPU 129F with utilization rate at 37% GPU 168F with utilization at 85% Changed some settings in Nvidia control panel, Changed settings inside the sim. Still did it until I changed from TAA to DLAA so I guess that is a cure for now. The strange thing is that it never did this before. It has only happened in the past week.

I had mine mapped to the negative side of the throttles. Bring it back to idle and then pull down on levers 8 and 9. back to idle activated thrust reverse and fwd throttles to increase the reverse thrust. Thats the way I had it set prior to SU7 and it worked just fine.

I have the same issue. Have it mapped to my Logitech Throttle Quadrant. Worked great up until SU7 and then it went away. I revalidated it and still no luck. I was hoping it wasnt just me.

I cant even get that far. I get to the part where I have extracted the files and have them on my desktop. I open the AIG AIMAnager folder and right click on the run as administrator. I get the pop up saying it needs to update. I click ok and then its a waiting game. Shut down computer after about 30 mins with no luck. Restarted and tried it again. No pop up saying to update. So I figure it could take a min or 2....30 mins later and still nothing. Now I have to spend the $$ on the one that has pointy nosed A/C but with real world livery.

Glad you were able to get it to work. I tried a couple of times following the excellent video tutorial but still managed to screw it up somehow. I will keep trying though after the frustration levels come down to a reasonable level. Not blaming the arrow, blaming the indian. It's all my fault.

I just did a google search on how to fix it and can report I am now able to see the FBW A320.

I typically fly the FBWA320 or the stock A320. (FBW I cant see it since the update) Reason I fly the A320 is I work for American and while we don't have many of the A320, we have a ton of the 321's. Generally fly out of the major hubs on routes that I travel (I am a recruiter/talent advisor) on. I also use to do scheduling for crew members. A lot of the times, I get my friends schedule and then fly their legs for the month. I park at the American gates, while taxiing I have the safety briefing playing. I really wanted to buy the 777 but the way that company acted when they first released it put a bad taste in my mouth and I haven't wanted to give them my money. I do fly the C172 steam for VFR flights quite a bit. Cruising over my house, my parents place, Disney is just fun. I think that would be great in VR but I tried getting an Oculus Quest 2 to work about 6 months ago and it was a frustrating mess and I gave up on it and took it back to the store.

This made me spit out my drink laughing. I work for a major airline and I do hiring for front line employees both above and below the wing and yes, there is a shortage. It has very hard to hire right now for us. With that being said, any of you want to work for an airline, direct message me and I can let you know where we are hiring. This is for US only, sorry. :)

To change planes, the only way I know how to do it is to switch into developer mode and then change out. Saving a flight mid air though, When you hit your escape key, it comes up with the menu screen and at the bottom it says Load/Save. Never tried it though.

I use Rex Weatherforce 2020. Look at the weather before hand. Other times, I just google current Metar for departing/arriving airport and use that info. Then set it up accordingly. I usually start at the gate then assign runway with the Departure procedure and then set up the arrival procedure with the active.
