  1. KTDW-0E0 ETE : 1:29 ACT : 1:28 (V1) TCC-ACH-OTO For sake of timing as I'm way behind, I'll just post some pics. A good flight...3-4 mins ahead, which is planned as my decent and approach lose time. The elusive V0 remains!!

  5. Hmmm strange. I never noticed it...
  6. Here she is! F36-KTDW Route : BFV - PNH ETE : 1:02 ATE : 1:00 (V2) Take off!!! Just no pics of the plane on the ground. oops. Blame the Englishman! Blasting off. Oil temps a little warm. Keeping everything in the green. Enjoying the scenery. More buns that a bakery. "Hey, turn around while we change"!! Oh...ah...oops. Not sure what's going on back there. Back to the flying...nice scenery. Cruising along nicely. But getting a little bumpy. Go up or down? Lets go down. Bad choice. Just as bumpy. Approaching KTDW. Gusty winds from the north. Landed!

    Vintage flights

I wanted to make a VA so to speak with the air mail flights. I’ve been slowly playing around with the early 20’s routes with scenery from the golden wings flight. It has the package for the air mail routes. I’ve been removing all the asphalt runways and taxi ways etc etc A little more authentic!
  9. Holy moly. I want one!!! Good stuff!
  10. Thanks! But all credit to the developers of that particular bird. Fun aircraft to fly!
  11. Leg 4!! (< edit : 4 comes after 3. Lol) KGCM - F36 Route : TUL - IRW ETE - 1:20 ATE : 1:19 (V1) On the runway....ooops...use real weather and its the other end to depart. Climbing out. Keeping an eye on my real engine gauges so I don't bust any limit and bust an engine. I lot of busts. Over Tulsa. Is this where the yellow brick road starts?? Hey, what's going on back there?? Where's my pork bun? "How dare you. Are you calling us porky nuns'? Well.....yea....no...eer..yeah. Deee sent time. Surprising that I found it amongst all the buildings. Landed!
  12. Next leg about to begin. 1:20 for GCM-F36 leg. We are all set!!! Nuns saying extra coffee loaded (always said with a giggle ) The Englishman is loaded. Literally. The Irishman is....what the??? Waving to goodbye to everybody from the OUTSDIE of the aircraft??? Get in get in!!! Aye curreumba. Another adventure coming up!

    FsPassengers ????

https://flyawaysimulation.com/downloads/files/2747/fs2004-fspassengers/ Old version or un-related? Either way, does this one work ok with Windows 10? Any help appreciated.
  14. Only thing back in the cabin is some bottles of bourbon (evidently a gift), an un-eaten ham and cheese bun, and a whole lot of giggles and smirks when I turn around and look back in the cabin. Not a candle to be seen! Wait, did you say you wanted four candles or handles for forks?
  15. Leg 3 KLBO-KCGM Route : SGF - EOF ETE : 1:07 ATE : 1:05 (V2) Sadly to catch up, stories to follow in a later flight. Nuns are asleep. Englishman sharing stories to no one and the Irishman is lost.
  16. Leg 2! 5KI - KLBO Route : STL - VIH - TBN ETE : 1:12 ATE : 1:14 (V2) On active 5K1 (this first attempt lost due power failure. I was off ground at 8:00am but forgot this shot in 2nd flight)
  17. Leg 2 is the Bermuda Triangle as I lost (house) power when approaching the airport doing same leg! I feel your pain. I’m running my leg again. Hang in there!
  18. So........I made it! To the airport. Finally. Arrived nice and early. The nuns, Irishman and Englishman were excited. Me less so. Where did the suave handsome Englishman come from? Grrrr. "I'm here!" I said to the guard at the gate. "Here for what'? "The start of the race"! "Well I'm afraid old boy the race started a couple weeks ago. You're the last to leave". "Oh...well...better late than never!" First question...why am I always last? Second...I'm in the US...why are there so many Englishman here? Grrr. Lets load her up! The nuns onboard. The Irishman onboard (entertainment manager). Booze onboard. Door closed. And we are set! "I say old chap, I haven't boarded. And the door is closed". Nearly got away with it. Correction. Previous time to complete was 1:12. I was unable to continue the flight so restarted and the time was 1:13. Lets start her up!! There's my wife waving! "Bye h..ney, ave fu ith th ho.. sp..cy prk nu.s!" Why thank you sweetie for the approval to have fun with the hot spicy porky nuns!!!! What a wife!! A little discriminatory as we cant all be skinny minnies...even nuns, but...hey...we can't all be perfect. "Do you think he heard you?", the English guard said . "Oh I hope so. He needs to be careful of the extra hot spicy pork buns I made for him". Time to depart. Aircraft fitted with the real engine mod. Some shots of the departure and climb < no **** sherlock!. We are on our way! The party has begun!! The Englishman was hungry so I gave him - what I assumed were - the usual dry, bland ham and cheese buns in the brown paper bag my wife gave me. Nice face, shame about the cooking skills. "Well that's a little sexist old boy!" "Huh? I said that out loud? Anyway, what are you doing up here in the cockpit. Get back to the cabin". She purrs along like the beauty that she is. The aircraft flies pretty well too. Time to descend. Seem to be looking good to finish on time! A little short! "Who are you calling short old boy!" Huh? Am I really saying all of this out loud? On the ground. Taxi in. Kill the engines! "Kill the Englishman?? God save the King!!" Aye aye aye. Its only Leg 1. Results in! Nice crop job. LOL Time : 1:12 if I can read it right (if anybody reads it differently, all inquiries go through hot buns...ah..I mean Nun #3 ) The original estimated time! Oh well. V1 Leg 1 completed. Finally!!
  19. Oh my!! I’m coming I’m coming!!! I slept in. By about 2 weeks. I’ve flown 1 leg. Need to post the pics. Hopefully another 1-2 legs flown this weekend. If not more. Not my fault. The nuns have been stocking up on refreshments for the journey. Who would’ve thought nuns drank bourbon??
  20. Here's my plan. Just using FS2004 planner. As it does it for me. I have enough trouble trying to drink beer and fly as it is let alone scribble stuff down. Route : EON V173 SPI V9 LOFTY Aircraft : Beech Model 18 (not a 18 yr old model. tsk tsk guys) Planned time : 1:12 Cruise : Medium-Fast Height : High Weather : Or not? POB : 4 Nuns, 1 Englishman, 1 Irishman Cargo : Pants Refreshment : Beer, Wine, Tequila Expectation: No confidence Edit : What the heck is that line to the left of that above? I've only had one beer...
  21. Whoa whoa whoa!! Go easy on the complicated vocib...vacub...vacabrliar.....er......words! Just a plain old simple aussie here.
  22. Holy moly! Everybody is only off by a min or two or three. I got a bad feeling I'll be bringing up the rear. So I've been thinking long and hard about my flight (s). What nun legs. I mean what flight legs? Stopping at each one or skip some? So the other day I went to the local pub for some very light refreshment to think about what is the best option and how I can stay 'competitive'. Lots of thinking, thinking, thrinking, rinking, drinking, drinking, drinkinh, drithikinhg, thidrinkinh nad smeo moorrre hinkdrging . Right at the crucial moment, there was a disturbance...no..not in the force, but at the door. In walked an Englishman, an Irishman and a Catholic Priest. I looked back at the barman and said "What is this? Some kind of a joke?!!!"
  23. There's a priest, a nun, an Irishman and 2 parachutes onboard.
