Macroburst Posted May 15 Share Posted May 15 SCUD running under low overcast skies (+800') with sun setting in mountainous area (Valdez (PAVD) to Gulkana (PAGK) flying bush aircraft. Low level, get thereitis, time crunch (VFR & losing light). Your choice of aircraft, Your flightplan, but you have to make it to PAGK under posted requirements. Edit; Departure time to landing is based on your particular aircraft & landing time no earlier than civil twilight.
