DominicS Posted May 9, 2015 Share Posted May 9, 2015 EG35 Fadmoor Airfield Welcome to EG35 Fadmoor Airfield situated on the border of the North York Moors: http://www.northyorkmoors.org.uk Located approximately 20 miles inland from the east coast resort of Scarborough, the airfield lies on top of a plateau, giving fantastic views of the surrounding Yorkshire countryside. The rugged and beautiful North York Moors give some of the best views in England. Some of the features include: Main fully lit house with driveway, main gates, BBQ and hot tub party going on. Fully lit maintenance area and light aircraft parking. Night lit runway markers for night landing. An animated mowing tractor plus a few extra bits! Made using Overlay Editor and Bing Maps. Custom Objects made with Sketchup 2014 and converted with Sketchup2Xplane utility (thanks Marginal). The limitations of library objects in essence makes this an accurate but fictional scenery. *Please Note* The 'Runways Follow Terrain Contours' option in rendering settings must not be checked (Off) otherwise this scenery will not look correct.
