Buck Turgidson
Ok, today's mission is to improve formation skills in a turbine trainer with one aerobatic maneuver (Cuban eight) over Nasca. Secondary is to include ground drawings in the shots. Full disclosure, this was the third flight. Flight one was too loose. Flight two I broke formation at the top of second 8 and spent rest of time trying to catch up! Some people see alien landing strips, I see a bombing range with various target graphics. Similar to many in US including north of Ridgecrest. Who knows what we were flying 13k years ago! Unusual placement of buildings in flight path! Rupert
Great series Buck! And yes, even in the new sim they don't always get the scenery placed as it should be. Even LOU isn't nearly as crowded in as these shots show. Being an old chopper guy I usually fly low and slow.
