Robert1936
I'm relatively new to FSX and discovered that the PC I was using was simply not up to it. I now have a new PC dedicated for FSX, but on installing FSX in this new PC I can not get it to accept the product key that came with the software. What should I do? mrzippy
Did you uninstall FSX on your original PC first? You may have to call the Microsoft phone number in your Main FSX folder and do a phone activation. Still thinking about a new flightsim only computer! Robert1936
Thanks Mr Zippy, I'll try that. Robert
Robert1936
I've spent two hours in a fruitless search. Most of the Microsoft links send one round in circles - there's no 'phone number that I can find and FSX does not feature on any of their pages. PPSFA
Open the FSX folder then look for the 'phone activation.xml' file, worldwide numbers are in there
