Evening hop LOU to LUK

Recommended Posts

Evening comes early this time of the year. So if you're going almost anywhere after work. it'll probably be dark when you arrive in A Maule.

Having said that, a Maule is a fairly cheap way to build up cross country hours. It's slow and it sips rather than slurps fuel!

We're flying between two of the oldest and most renowned airports in my area. LOU in Louisville and LUK in Cincinnati. As usual, don't forget to click on the shots. They're bigger that way and I also have commentary to tell you where we are.

More shots in the Reply. ;)

Thank for the comments guys.

As a RW pilot I always preferred flying at night rather than daylight. My eyes are hyper-sensitive to light. I can see much greater detail at night than is considered normal and there's very seldom as much glare.

I hear it's a sweet little bird RW as well. Were I still RW flying, I'd sure try to look it up.
