It is a known issue that not every single strip of airplane asphalt on Earth is featured in MSFS 2020. Click on the Select Departure Airport bar: Click in the Search window of the Select Departure Airport bar and type EGSS: The sim will list EGSS Stansted, London. Click on that result: EGSS Stansted, London is now in the Select Departure Airport window: You can now click on the yellow Fly button to start your flight at EGSS Stansted.
