mchristens
After touchdown, the auto brakes engage and apply the right amount of braking, but they don't disengage when I brake manually or apply thrust. Any suggestions? I am using the default 737-800.
berlopez
Same was happening to me sometime ago, I noticed that when I got to an almost stop the plaane would go into a nose-up attitude, ,then I checked my assingments and set my reverse thrust to F2 then when getting to almost a complete stop I would go into F1 and aply brakes. Hope this helps.

Any suggestions? I am using the default 737-800. Is this the default panel as well? Reason I ask, is because the more detailed Virtual Cockpit that was made by Rojas, has this issue. lnuss
Once upon a time there was a similar problem reported -- the culprit was the brake pedals on the the rudder pedals (CH, I think) needed the "reverse" box checked. I hope my memory is correct, or that it jogs someone else's memory with the answer. Larry N. As Skylab would say: Remember: Aviation is NOT an exact Science! berlopez
F1 should set reversers back to idle, just as applying a it of thrust on my MS FF2 Sidewinder2. I have had no issues with this command with any add-on or standard a/c
mchristens
Yes. It is the default plane.
mchristens
I'm going to give berlopez's suggestion a shot. I'll try and remember to let you all know what happens. Thanks in advance for the help.
Jarhead1971
Another alternative is to bring up the throttle quadrant and mouse the reverse thrust levers back to flight position.
mrzippy
Probably the best solution is to turn off the autobrake switch after coming to a stop! Still thinking about a new flightsim only computer!
berlopez
That makes sense.
