PhantomTweak
Beautiful plane, great scenery, wonderful story! Thanx for the post :) Cruising 450 miles out of Stanleyville near the Batwa region where various Pygmy Tribes inhabit the rain forest below. Makes me wonder how nervous the pilots are about the pygmies and a possible Cargo Cult going on... Bet they watch the instruments very carefully for any sign at all of a problem! Pat☺ [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC] Had a thought...then there was the smell of something burning, and sparks, and then a big fire, and then the lights went out! I guess I better not do that again! tgibson_new
Nice job. Africa is appropriate right now for me, since TCM is showing African movies on Friday night, and I've just watched Out of Africa from my DVR. That included flying over some beautiful parts of Africa. No, they didn't fly in Sabena Super Connies though. :) Thanks, Tom Gibson CalClassic Propliner Page: http://www.calclassic.com
