Or an MD-80 panel by M Spada (great panel, I use it for my MD aircraft and a couple others). Any of these two engine panels should work fine for the Gulfstream. One thing I didn't mention, I am referring to 2D panels, not VC panels. Just go into the library and "let your fingers do the walking!" You'll find a nice panel there!
