haroun
Hi all. Whenever I pause the sim using active pause for more than two minutes and resume the flight by hitting active pause again, it throws the aircraft into steep nose up and violent roll. Has anyone else experienced this and what is the solution?
W2DR
Many people have seen the same problem. As of now there is no solution. We just have to wait for a fix to be released. Intel 10700K @ 5.0 Ghz, Asus Maxumus XII Hero MB, Noctua NH-U12A Cooler, Corsair Vengence Pro 32GB 3200Mhz, Geforce RTX 2060 Super GPU, Cooler Master HAF 932 Tower, Thermaltake 1000W Toughpower PSU, Windows 10 Professional 64-Bit, and other good stuff. mokbubble
You can assign a pause button on and pause button off in controls setup. I was so relieved when I found out that was an option.
davidc2
Yep, had that happen today actually. My little Ole Cessna kept going loops, all on her own :) Windows 10 Pro, 32 gigs DDR4 RAM, Nvidia GForce RTX 3070, Intel I7 10700 running at 3.8, with Noctua NH-L9x65, Premium Low-Profile CPU Cooler-HP Reverb G2 for Virtual Reality
stinger2k2
Yes, i think this one is a bug with the active pause. I have had it happen and I have seen a fair few other comments about the same thing. I have switched to just using the escape key but there is the "old fsx syle" pause still available to be assigned in the controls menu if you want it. Energizer23
Same here, I don't use it anymore. Use escape to pause. Windows 11, Intel i9-9900K, 32GB DDR4/3000 MHz, GeForce RTX 2070, 1TB M.2 Drive dedicated to Flight Sim
Kapitan
People must understand what Active Pause is. Its a Time Machine If used for more than a few seconds the whole world goes crazy. Its like if you come back from the past and people have already died. Wind has changed, temperature... When you use time speed is different, the whole world moves in time with you. With Active pause sim life goes into the future and you remain in the past I believe it was intended for small adjustments for traffic separation or multiplayer to be used for just a few seconds while variables are adjusted. If you need to pause to read a document or go to the kitchen for a snack hit the Esc key Edited September 1, 2020 by Kapitan Kapitan Anything I say is...not as serious as you think
