azzaro
The following is a flight to see the heather and possibly Nessie? Inverness to Oban along Scotland's Caledonian canal. -- Bob Is that Nessie escaping the loch? Loch Ness — long, deep and cold. No self respecting sea monster would live here. Spectacular views abound at Gairlochy. Just had to land on a flat hilltop to roll in the heather. (clothing optional) Fort William below as we near the southern end of the canal. On final to Oban (Connel) airport... ...just skimming the hill on the way down. At the hangar a local offers me a ride on his lawn mower and another wants to share her ice lolly with me. Friendly people the Scots! ;) Hope you enjoyed the flight. It's off to the pub now. -- Bob [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC] i7-7700 3.6GHz / GTX1660 6GB / 32GB RAM / 49" Samsung CHG90 / WIN10

Rupert
Nice shots Bob! I wonder if they include the Falkirk Wheel in their scenery? There's only one in the world and having ridden a narrowboat RW up and back in it, it is spectacular!! The only scenery I've found which includes "the wheel" is Scot Flight for ORBX! As to cash, you're right about Jan's bar tab! Worse yet he's not come up with a dime for the cost of flying his King air home!!!! I've flown over much of North America, crossed the North Atlantic Ocean and am now stranded in Ireland just trying to make him happy!! Do I get thanks or even a single refuel on his tab?? NO INSTEAD I'M CALLED A THIEF!!:eek: Maybe I'll start a GoFundMe page to buy enough fuel to get his precious King Air home!!;) Michael Being an old chopper guy I usually fly low and slow.
