leuen Posted April 11, 2020 Posted April 11, 2020 Reinstalled several times FFBM but the textures of houses and churches are still missing. What did I wrong? Thanks for any advice. Bernard Visit Retroavia Forum - FS9 in the pasts
tiger1962 Posted April 11, 2020 Posted April 11, 2020 Hi Bernard, please see this thread on the FreeFlow forums regarding missing textures: http://www.fs-freeflow.com/forum2/index.php?topic=644.0 The textures aren't missing after all, the house roofs and churches are white in real life. leuen Posted April 12, 2020 Author Posted April 12, 2020 Thanks tiger1962 for your reply. I understand that most buildings should be in white. However I'm still of the opinion that something is missing. Even in white buildings could been shaped and have colored roofs. I tried to insert FF Bahamas textures, but without any result. ColR1948 Posted April 13, 2020 Posted April 13, 2020 Must admit they do look a bit odd being white like that, if they had them slightly darker would be better. I think also what makes them stand out is the brown building next to them as well. Wonder what it looks like when it's snowing as well lol? Col.
caphavoc Posted April 13, 2020 Posted April 13, 2020 Just fyi, the white compound (paint & powder mixture) sanitizes rain water as it runs off the roof into a holding tank. This is considered to be "potable water". All because there is no other natural source of fresh water on the island.
