FSX-SE In Non Standard Directory?

I have installed my FSX-SE into a non standard directory, and now many of my scenery add-ons will not locate the simulator...Is there a way to fool the installers into finding the non standard directory? Thanks!

The normal route is via the Windows Registry settings. Have you previously had FSX installed somewhere else?

Yes...Several months ago I had it installed but deleted it (bad idea) to install P3d...Never got that one to run right, so I wanted to go back to FSX-SE...I have run several Registry cleaners with no effect...Maybe i just need to uninstall FSX-SE and start over!

Yes, that is way it should have been done in the first place.

Now, don't go doing anything silly like choosing a different location for the FSX-SE installation...
