wschneid
Recently and I don't know why, the runways and aprons at Sea-Tac are elevated above the rest of the scenery. This doesn't happen at other airports, even as close as Boeing Field. I have ORBX North America, but even if I disable it, I still get the same problem. Any ideas? mrzippy
I found this in an older post from 2016 talking about ORBX and the PNW or Sea-Tac airport. 1) Run FTX Central, then click Settings then Tools and then FTX Global VECTOR Configuration Tool. 2) Click the Airport Elevation Corrections tab. 3) Click Run Auto-Configuration. 4) When Auto-Configuration finishes click Apply. Still thinking about a new flightsim only computer!
GlennC
That’s the way the world is. According to ForeFlight and the AFD, field elevation at Boeing Field a few miles north is 22 MSL, Seattle (SEA) is 430 MSL. Glenn
f16jockey_2
3) Click Run Auto-Configuration. Or enter KSEA in the manual config, and click DISABLE and APPLY. Wim
