CRJ_simpilot
The full autopilot with LNAV and VNAV connected to the FMC. But if you're building a basic panel then LNAV and VNAV will be impossible to implement. OOM errors? Read this. What the squawk? An awesome weather website with oodles of Info. and options. Wile E. Coyote would be impressed.
shadowfaxcrx
But if you're building a basic panel then LNAV and VNAV will be impossible to implement. Can you elaborate on that? I'm in the planning phase of a 'pit myself, and implementing those functions will be important.

What do you want me to elaborate on? An AP is self explanatory and if you don't know what VNAV or LNAV is, then you should buy the PMDG 737NGX. VNAV and LNAV are the AP buttons used to interact with the FMC for lateral and vertical guidance. OOM errors? Read this. What the squawk? An awesome weather website with oodles of Info. and options. (I have the PMDG 737 and 747v3 and am at some point hoping to figure out some way to roughly simulate both, physically, possibly with swap-able overhead panels since that's where the biggest differences are.) CRJ_simpilot
I was under the impression this was a panel in the Sim. Not a real panel. OOM errors? Read this. What the squawk? shadowfaxcrx
Ahh, ok. I got the idea that he was building some sort of switch panel so he wouldn't have to click in the VC for the most commonly-used functions.
