Downwind66 Posted September 3, 2018 Share Posted September 3, 2018 What "Hoot" to fly too! Took off from Charleston, SC. Looked down at the airspeed and it was only showing about 105 KIAS? What is going on now? Looked at the instrument panel, both RPM's and MP's were on up there. Opened the GPS I added to the aircraft, and come to find out, I wasn't flying at 105 KIAS, but clipping along, showing a ground speed of 291 KIAS. The airspeed indicator had already gone around once!
